Hot Air Welding

	Hot Air Welding Process used to join thermo plastic industrial fabrics & films utilizing hot air & pressure. Heat temperatures can rage from 1000° to 1375° The machine shown in the video is a proprietary piece of equipment that has been custom designed to seal multiple seams at once. It was developed for high volume large panel production runs in an effort to better meet Celina Industries’ customer quality and delivery requirements. In addition to the multiple sealing capabilities the machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake system, computerized programming and an automatic cutter. The M-100 can can also apply supplementary reinforcement materials to sections that may be exposed to excessive stress/ wear.
