	Miscellaneous Operations Celina Industries has capabilities to do other miscellaneous operations. More of the operations available are shown below. Grommeting – Celina has three automatic grommet machines. Two of the machines are automatic feed and pneumatic powered. These machines set #3 brass spur grommets. The other grommet machine used is a manual feed, pneumatic powered, #6 brass spur grommet machine. These machines are much more efficient than the traditional method of pounding grommets in with a hammer. Automatic Hot Knife Cutting machine – This machine enables us to cut rope, webbing, velcro, and other rolled goods very efficiently. With this machine we just set the length we need to cut, the quantity needed, and press start. This machine eliminates the need for a person to measure the length, and then bring the material to a hot knife to cut it. Hand held heat sealing – Celina’s employees also have access to and have been trained to use hand held heat guns. During this process the worker takes the gun which blows hot air out of a nozzle, and places it between the material they are welding. Then they begin moving down the weld following it with a silicone hand roller. This is a skilled position that takes a significant amount of training.
